'War' is an edgy, beautiful track about a tumultuous relationship where conflict is constant. Even though you recognize the pattern, you still find yourself back amidst the chaos, wondering, "Why does it always have to be a war?" I created the cover art independently. I wanted to showcase the potential for light even in darkness. I shot various floral arrangements and then played around with the design until I found it compelling. I also shot the Spotify Canvas for 'War'. It features a brief moment of a rose ablaze with its petals turning to ash and falling away.
